The Study On The Cultivation Of Good Psychological Quality Of College Student Cadres

With the diversification of social environment,the diversification of values,the increasing complexity of interpersonal relationship,all this have increased the psychological load of college students in varying degrees,so that there are different levels of psychological problems.Owing to their nature special works,facing the complex and changing social environment which will be appear different psychological problems.How to cultivate the psychological qualities and better serve the ideological and political education have become an important subject.This paper mainly uses three kinds of research methods which are literature research,questionnaire survey and analysis induction.First,expound the selected topic basis and comb the domestic and foreign research.Second,reference the academic research and summarize the meaning,structure,characteristics and enhance the psychological qualities cultivation.Third,problems exist in the current psychological qualities and analyse the reasons.Finally,elaborate the countermeasures of cultivating good psychological qualities,including establishing the principle,enriching the content,establishing psychological management system,building psychological qualities cultivation environment,broadening the way to cultivating psychological qualities,just launching psychological qualities cultivation,launching varieties activities and various forms of social practice.Through the correlation studies of good psychological qualities of college student cardres,gives full play to the positive role of student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students.To further enhance the effectiveness and practicality of ideological and political education of college students,promoting the comprehensive development of ideological and political education in colleges.
