Research On The Cultivation Of Positive Psychological Quality Of College Students In The New Era

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China is developing towards a new historical position,and the development of society has set higher and stricter standards for talents.College students in the new era must have healthy and stable psychological conditions and positive psychological qualities.In order to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of individual college students,colleges and universities should pay attention to the inherent and potential positive forces of college students in the process of ideological and political education and mental health education,and guide the cultivation of college students in the new era with positive psychological quality.This paper illustrated the related concepts,characteristics,components,theoretical foundations of college students’ positive psychological quality and the value of cultivating college students’ positive psychological quality,conducted a analysis on psychological quality performance of college students,explored the reasons for the cause of negative psychological quality of college students in the new era,and put forward corresponding measures and operable programs to cultivate the positive psychological quality of college students from the aspects of cognitive level,emotion and feeling,will and quality,adaptive capacity and social support.
