Research On The Training Paths To Cultivation Of University Students’ Innovative And Entrepreneurial Quality

In the 1960 s,Europe and the United States took the lead in undertaking entrepreneurial education to meet the needs of social development.In the 1990 s,China also began to explore the innovation and entrepreneurship education constantly which made the college innovation and entrepreneurship education in full swing.At present,the success rate of college students’ entrepreneurship in China is only about 5%,far behind the developed countries 20-30%,the reason is that the current situation of college students’ innovation quality is pessimistic.Colleges and universities as an important place to cultivate college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality,thinking how to enhance college students’ innovation quality in the background of "double creation" is of great significance to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents and build an innovative country.Research mainly uses the questionnaire and literature research.Based on the case study of A University,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation from four dimensions: innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge structure,psychological quality,individual quality and entrepreneurial ability,and also has an in-depth interview with the self-employed college students,entrepreneurial instructors and school leaders,to find out the problems and the reasons of cultivating college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial quality,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about them.The lack of innovative and entrepreneurial quality is the main factors that influence College Students’ success.Research explores the existing problems of cultivating college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial quality from the four dimensions:knowledge structure,psychological quality,personality characteristics and entrepreneurial ability.Innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism is unreasonable,the psychological quality is weak,the lack of personality and entrepreneurial capacity;the reason is influenced by the traditional concept of family,the impact of social construction,the school entrepreneurial innovation quality research is not perfect andthe students’ self-positioning is unclear.Research shows that there are some paths of cultivating college Students’ innovative and entrepreneurial quality.Transformating family concept,cultivating innovative personality,improving the construction of social practice platform,training college students’ innovation ability,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism,laying students innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge organization,strengthen the cultivation of students corresponding quality and improving their psychological quality.Research shows that the path of cultivating college Students’ innovative and entrepreneurial quality are transform ting family concept,cultivating innovative personality,improving the construction of social practice platform,training college students’ innovation ability,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism,laying students innovation and industry knowledge organization;strengthen the cultivation of students innovation quality of entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship to improve the psychological quality.
