A Study On The Cultivation Of Undergraduates' Pioneering Psychological Quality From The Perspective Of Positive Psychology

In recent years,the employment of college students has become the focus of attention in every sectors of society,whether government,business or universities.They are doing their best to solve this problem.In 2017,the number of college students are expected to 765 million and the employment situation is still grim.In this case,entrepreneurship can be an important way to solve employment.But in recent years,college students choose their own business which success rate are low and the most important reason is the lack of college students that related to the positive psychological quality.Therefore,the study of college students positive entrepreneurial psychological quality to enhance the enthusiasm and to enable students in the process of entrepreneurship that maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.The full paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction.First,point out the reasons and significance and then comb the status quo at home and abroad,finally clarify the research methods and innovations.The second part,define the concept of the psychological quality,entrepreneurial psychological quality,college students entrepreneurial psychological quality and positive psychology and expound the entrepreneurial psychological quality under the perspective of positive psychology.The third part,through the questionnaire survey,summarize the advantages and problems in the psychological quality and analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth part is the focus.According to the existing problems and proposing the corresponding solution,that is play the school,society,family and individual strength.And integrate the ideas and methods to a full range to develop entrepreneurial psychological quality.This paper fuses positive psychology and college students entrepreneurial psychological quality of integration to build a positive psychology under the perspective of college students entrepreneurial psychological quality training.Promote the combination of psychological theory and educational practice.And provide a new way for the study of college students' entrepreneurship education.
