Our country’s colleges charge tuition fees of the system began in the late1980s of the last century,Upto now has been running for twenty years. In the early,Its implementation effectively alleviate the plightof China’s higher education funding,expand the investment channels of China’s Higher Education,adapted to the masses of the people’s desire for access to higher education needs diversification, at thesame time, it promote the rapid development of China’s higher education. However, with rising tuitionfees of our institutions of higher learning, university of increasingly high tuition widespread concern by thecommunity, increasingly high tuition, led many economically disadvantaged families, students can notafford to go to school, even drop out of school. Irrational aspects of the colleges charging system hasbecome increasingly prominent. How to develop a set of college tuition price standard in line with China’snational conditions,scientific, for the vital interests of the broad masses of the people, has become ourhigher pressing issues facing.Basing on the literature, comparative Study and data analysis method, the basis of the theory of publicgoods, cost-sharing theory,education equity theory, the market price theory, based on the highereducation system, market economy, combed the status of China’s college tuition pricing, analysis of theproblem and the reasons for our college tuition pricing, and put forward measures to build China’s collegetuition pricing.The study is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction. Introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, thecore concept, literature review, research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of the tuitiondifferential pricing. It expounds the theoretical basis and practical reliance of the tuition differentialpricing.The third part is the status of Universities in China differential tuition pricing comb. By relevantstatistical data, the same area at different levels, in different parts of the same level, in different parts of thesame type of college, and the same area at the same level professional fees.The fourth part is the problemsand the reasons for China’s college tuition pricing analysis. Through the analysis of the data, we found thatthe problem of China’s college tuition pricing. it is found that there are existing problems of the tuitionpricing dependent on the lack of cost data, can not fully reflect the "who benefits burden and who has theability to pay" principle of cost-sharing.The fifth part for ordinary differential pricing of universitiescountermeasures recommendations. It is showed for the following aspects: mathematical model to learnfrom foreign experience in tuition pricing, building tuition pricing, properly handle the relationshipbetween tuition stakeholders.The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion. It presents the mainconclusion of the paper, stating the thesis innovation, discussing the inadequacies of the paper and thepossibility of the follow-up study.
