A Study On The Pricing Mechanism Of Tuition In Sino - Foreign Cooperation In Higher Education

The rapid growth of quantity and scale of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education causes scholars pay much attention to its quality assurance, operational forms and developing prospect. As this form of high education needs higher investment, the tuition level is particularly critical to its healthy development. Thus how to formulate a reasonable pricing mechanism and make scientific charge policy become a central issue. On the basis of investigating the related pricing theory and its influencing factors, this paper discuss the influence of education training costs, market factor and policy factor on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education. From the subjectivity and marketability dimension of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education development, take the government regulation as guidance, base on the price theory, take education training cost and the adjustment of education supply and demand into consideration, from the perspective of public administration and policy and education economics, put forward scientific and reasonable charging policies and supporting measures. Promote the best configuration of quality foreign education resources and the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education.Based on the above analysis, from the reality and feasibility of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education tuition pricing, this thesis is divided into five parts. First chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborated the reason of selecting the topic and research significance, the research content, framework and method of this paper. The second chapter presents the related theory and the influencing factors of pricing. The third chapter taking Jiangsu province as an example, empirically investigate and analyze the influence factors of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education tuition pricing. The forth chapter constructs the tuition pricing mechanism of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education. The fifth chapter then uses this pricing mechanism proposes the standard and policy proposal of making Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education. The last part extends the conclusion and prospect.
