Shanxi Emergency Situation And Development Strategies Medical Assistance

With the rapid economic development and the constantly improvement of people’s living conditions, while the average life expectancy in the country was significantly prolonged, the process of population aging is accelerated and social disease also obvious changes, especially malignant cancer, cardiovascular diseases, acute poisoning and injury showed a trend of rising put new requirements forward to medical first aid to the society development. Coupled with extremely shanxi local color "complex geological structure of natural disasters, mine mining focused incident happens, social and economic restricting to health system construction" three major characteristics of emergency medical rescue status, emphasis on strengthening the construction of the provincial medical first aid system research has become an important subject of the province’s health reform and development. This study relies on favorable conditions of a provincial hospital association committee of emergency management to focus on pre-hospital care for the study, to be adopted by the number of the Shanxi province-wide scale emergency medical rescue system, undertake the task, first aid range management, network building status of extensive research, to further clarify the crux of the problem under the root of the appearance, standing and actively promote the development goals angle Shanxi medical emergency on countermeasures for the relevant government departments and health care institutions should adopt and provide a useful reference for future reference.Objective:By covering all cities and counties in shanxi emergency medical rescue center (station) scale, management mode, undertaking tasks, first aid scope, network construction situation and so on carries on the investigation and study, provide a reference for emergency medical treatment in our province development countermeasures.Methods:A random sample of27emergency medical aid agencies, we intend to develop survey the scene questionnaire. Using EpiData and SPSS statistical software for data analysis, the result of the investigation the first-aid center (station) of project area and the allocation of resources, capacity building and so on descriptive statistics work, to grasp the current situation and problems of Shanxi Province emergency medical rescue system.Results:By the data analysis results show that:(1) emergency medical rescue overall weak in Shanxi Province, institutional system covering is not complete, unbalanced development around;(2) emergency medical services infrastructure is weak, lack of the basic device configuration;(3) emergency medical service ability is low, service quantity quality and national average gap;(4) staff shortage, quality is not high, and the overall lack of professional system training;(5) personnel salary is low, lack of security.Countermeasures and Suggestions: (1) We should be rational allocation of pre-hospital first aid resources, promoting the equal basic public health services;(2) To strengthen the construction of first-aid team and first aid training;(3) Perfect the emergency distribution network; improve the site service ability;(4) Effective use of pre-hospital first aid resources, improve the efficiency of pre-hospital first aid.(5) Perfect the emergency management cohesion, establish emergency integration services.
