Investigation And Countermeasure Analysis On Present Situation Of R & D Of Medical Agency In Beijing

Since the 1950s, the medical institutional preparations have through a long change and reform. From the generation and development to atrophy, it shows the development trend of medical institutions preparation industry. As a supplement to medicines, the medical institutional preparations have characteristics with safe, effective and low price. They are still playing an irreplaceable role on disease treatment. Under the national policy requirements and social concerns, the development of medical institutions preparation subject to more strict supervision and management. They will present new features.In this study, we selected the medical institutions which hold the preparations license in Beijing province as the research object by the method of literature research, visiting survey and pilot survey. This survey had covered 130 medical institutions which hold the preparations license in Beijing province, accounting for 93.5% of the total. We recovered 117 questionnaires, the recovery rate of 90%. We survey the number of preparations license is 2317,67.2% of the total species.Depending on the current situation of medical institutional preparations in Beijing, this paper will make the qualitative and quantitative research on the preparation, research and development, regulatory on it. Firstly, this paper selected the medical institutions which hold the preparations license in Beijing province as the research object, collecting materials such as the nature and level of the hospital, the economic benefits and preparation conditions and so on. Secondly, we make quantitative research on the preparation, production and department distribution. Thirdly, based on the current situation of medical institutional preparations research and development in Beijing, we understand the factors of medical institutional preparations. Finally, by means of SWOT-PEST analysis, this paper will further discuss the problems and give suggestions.Through this study, we can summarize the current situation of medical institutional preparations in Beijing. The conclusions as follows:the development trends of medical institutional preparations in Beijing are shrinking. The number of the preparation licenses has been declining; the investment in medical institutional preparations hardware and software is insufficient, such as poor condition of equipment, low professional quality of personnel; medical institutions have a lack of preparation developed power and their enthusiasm is not high; medical institutional preparations are influenced by the economic benefits, such as price and cost upside down; regulatory support contributed to the improvement of preparation quality; the systems of governmental administration and regulations have been initiated yet still under developing and required to be improved continuously.This study proposes policy recommendations from the aspect of regulation, medical institutions and social dimensions. The conclusions as follows:management agency need to increase supervision, such as control preparation, approval and use. Medical institutions should increase investment in research and provide a basis for drug development. From the social point of view, we should establish regional preparation center to conserve resources and form the economies of scale.
