Knowledge management is refers to the organization in order to cope with the arrival of the era of economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, realize the maximization of the value of knowledge resources, knowledge and all kinds of resources through sharing and learning, and eventually realize the goal of knowledge innovation. Then they enhance the core competitiveness of the organization, to ensure its long-term development. Since the concept of knowledge management proposed, many learners have done a lot of research scholars. However, previous studies mainly focused on enterprise, knowledge management for research in medical and health field is much less.The hospital as a knowledge intensive organization, staff’s knowledge is the key to survival and development. Therefore, research on medical and health fields, explore the knowledge management has higher value. At present, the research on the rural medical and health institutions are mostly focused on the current situation of the development, function orientation, development strategies, research on literature quantity is less.Research purpose: the dean of the township health centers in Tangshan City within the scope of the management personnel and doctors, nurses, medical personnel as the research object, through a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the development of rural medical institutions in Tangshan City, especially the knowledge resource status. And then use of pooled analysis of data, and find the existing problems, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Research methods: Through the literature research method, design the questionnaire; then, based on the preliminary survey data using SPSS software to test the questionnaire reliability and validity, determine the questionnaire; again, the survey to gather and analyze data according to the effective the questionnaire recovery; finally, combining and using qualitative analysis draws the conclusion, puts forward the countermeasures.Results: Through the analysis, the results : lack of knowledge for knowledge and learning performance of individual doctors, medical staff did not recognize the important value of knowledge resources and its sustainable development for Hospital; lack of understanding and recognition of knowledge sharing; lack of clear learning objectives. Rural medical and health institutions to encourage learning, promote poor environmental factors of knowledge sharing, performance in learning conditions; lack of learning structure with high efficiency and good learning; knowledge network and knowledge sharing platform is not perfect; the lack of effective incentive policy; specification of learning and the outside training system has not been established. Medical and health institutions in rural areas lack of communication and cooperation with other medical institutions, affects the knowledge resources and the introduction of learning.Conclusions: The body of knowledge dimension data analysis reflects the health institutions in rural areas and their workers are not fully aware of the knowledge resource value, can’t accept knowledge sharing attitudes and behaviors, don’t know their own shortcomings in knowledge, can’t find what they need to learn, so we have to promote the meaning of knowledge resource, clear their learning objectives; Organizational culture dimensions data analysis reflect the development of culture and knowledge management not at the same time, material incentives, spiritual reward provisions is not clear, did not build out learning and training system specification, thus to create a good cultural atmosphere, to formulate incentive policies, establish learning and outside training system; Environmental factors dimension data analysis reflect the rural medical and health institutions of the staff can’t be timely, learning not to provide the corresponding tools, the introduction of the corresponding technology, not to establish and perfect the knowledge network the influence of knowledge resources, the efficient management and staff to enhance the capacity, therefore to establish the relationship between learning and learning good structure, and constantly improve the knowledge network and knowledge sharing platform; The AC external dimension data analysis reflect to establish a fixed, fresh long-term, stable cooperation relationship with other medical institutions, caused by the knowledge resource complementarity, mutual learning, mutual reference to truly achieve, hinder the sustainable development of knowledge management, hampered the work of staff learning, so we should strengthen exchanges and cooperate with other medical institutions, establishing a knowledge alliance.
