On Luteal Dysfunction Physical Characteristics Of 142 Cases Of TCM Growth Period

Luteal phase defect (LPD) is a gynecology department common disease, what with shortage of luteal function after ovulating,secreteing and synthesizing less progesterong causing the dystrophina of endom etrium, making against germ cell bedding in endometrium, and, result in barren or earlier periods miscarriage. It can shorten menstrual cycles, prolong period, have a hemorrhage before menstrual cramps, Infertility, Spontaneous abortion and so on. Belong to the Chinese medicine "advanced menstruation","menstrual extension","threatened abortion","habitual abortion". The present study in Traditional Chinese medicine for LPD focuse on pathogenesis as well as the dialectical therapy, no one has conducted in TCM constitution. The paper focuses on studying the distribution of TCM constitution from LPD, hope to provide new ideas and methods to prevent the occurrence of this disease.Methods:Collect LPD volunteers to participate in the study. Classification and determination of constitution in TCM questionnaires that was promulgated by the China Association of TCM were used in these volunteers to assess the constitution type.All data was collated and analyzed with SPSS17.0.Result:A total of142patients with LPD, the following results:The youngest is22,the oldest is49,age and more concentrated in the31-35between the relatively high cultural level, and staff mainly. Survey of TCM constitution, there are more intersexuality constitution in the LPD. There are126(88.7%)who are intersexuality constitution,16(11.3%) were pure constitution. Distribution of the nine common constitution in the LPD ranged before six is yang-deficiency constitution (43.66%), qi-depression constitution (16.9%), yin-deficiency constitution (9.15%),wetness-heat(8.45%), qi-deficiency constitution(7.75%), phlegm-dampness constitution (4.93%).There is significant difference between different age groups and TCM body constitution(P<0.05).patients majorly are yang-deficiency constitution. There is not significant correlation between education and the distribution of TCM body constitution (P=0.601>0.05).The rate of the occurrence of LPD in yang-deficiency is related with the dietary preferences. The patients who prefer to the cold food are pront to be yang-deficiency constitution (x2=14.173,p=0.003<0.05,r=0.287,p=0.000,OR=1.697(95%CI,1.273-2.262).,and the patients who were always using air conditioning and fan are pront to be yang-deficiency constitution (x2=8.366,p=0.004<0.05,r=0.243,p=0.003,OR=2.718(95%cl,1.37-5.392). qi-depression is related with the pressure. The patients who have high pressue pront to be yang-deficiency constitution (x2=4.167,p=0.041<0.05,r=-0.171,p=0.0.046,OR=0.397(95%CI,0.161-0.982).Conclusions1In the constitution types of LPD patients, yang-deficiency constitution and qi-depression constitution were occounted the majortity, therefor, the development of LPD was closely related with TCM constitution types.2Habits and customs are related with the TCM body constitution, the people whowere prefer to the cold food or always using air conditioning and fan are pront to be yang-deficiency constitution.3The peoples who have high pressue pront to be yang-deficiency constitution.4Learn to TCM constitution science that has adjustable, therefor, it is expected to be biased by treatment the body constitution to prevent the occurrence of luteal phase defect and provide individual treatment.
