Effects Of Erzhitiangui Decoction On VEGF During Embryo Implantation Of Luteal Phase Defect Women

Objective: to observe the effect of Bushen herbs Erzhitiangui(EZHTG) decoction on the formation of endometrium blood vessels and explore its acting mechanism.Methods: 64 patients of luteal phase defect women were randomly divided into the test group(EZHTG decoction combined with western medicine,32cases) and the control group (Liuweidihuang decoction combined with western medicine,32cases),which given EZHTG decoction and Liuweidihuang decoction to pretreatment three cycle time.After pretreatment,clomipene combined HMG were given to 2 groups,to observe the improvement of syndrome of TCM before and after treatment , serum estradiol and progestone level , blood flow parameters of the endometrial and the blood flow parameters of Uterine artery (PI,RI)on the day of luteal metaphase before and after treatment, the expression of VEGF and compared pregnancy rate after treatment. Results:1.the test group was obviously better than the control group in the syndrome points of Kidney-deficiency before and after the treatment (P<0.05), 2 After the treatment ,the serum estradiol level on the day of luteal metaphase of the test group were higher than the control group ,but there is no significant difference(P>0.05),the serum progestone level on the day of luteal metaphase the test group was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.05);the serum estradiol and progestone level on the day of luteal metaphase in 2 groups, the test group is obviously superior to the control group compared with before treatment.(P<0.05) 3. After the treatment, blood flow parameters RI and RI of endometrial on the day of luteal metaphase of the test group is lower than the control group(P<0.05),;the test group is obviously superior to the control group compared with before treatment(P<0.01),.4.After the treatment , the blood flow parameters of Uterine artery on the day of luteal metaphase of the test group is lower than the control group(P<0.05); the test group is obviously superior to the control group compared with before treatment(P<0.05) 5. After the treatment, the expression of VEGF in endometrium on the day of luteal metaphase was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) 6.As to the pregnancy rate, the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: EZHTG decoction could improve the endometrial receptivity,further enhancing the pregnant rate.The effective mechanism may have relation to the endometrial microenvironment of tonifying kidney herb which can improve,and the expression of VEGF in metaphase's endometrium promoting Endometrial perfusion and keeping vascular permeability.
