Traditional Chinese Medicine Artificial Cycle Combined With Clomiphene On The Curative Effect Of Infertility Patients Due To Luteal Phase Defect

Objective:Through observation the effects of traditional Chinese medicine?TCM?artificial periodic therapy on the further improve endometrial receptivity,the serum estradiol?E₂?progesterone?P?level of mid-luteal phase,pregnancy rate of the infertility patients due to Luteal phase defect who on the basis of the use of Clomifene Citrate?CC?on follicle growth.And through the establishment of human chorionic gonadotropin?Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin,HCG?evaluating efficiency and preliminary exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine?TCM?artificial periodic therapy evaluation of its efficacy as a comparative control group.Methods:Collect outpatient cases from the department of gynecology and obsterics in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital,72 infertility patients due to Luteal phase defect meet the inclusion criteria divided into two groups using random number table method:control group of 36 patients with CC joint HCG treatment;the treatment group of 36 patients,combined with traditional Chinese medicine?TCM?and western medicine treatment,are treated with continuous 3-month menstrual cycles.Before and after the treatment and comparison groups were compared to observe the process of follicular development,endometrial thickness,the serum estradiol?E₂?and progesterone?P?level of mid-luteal phase,improvement of pregnancy rate.Results:The pregnancy rate of treatment group is 61.1%,control group is 33.3% after treating,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;the treatment group serum estradiol?E₂?and progesterone?P?level of mid-luteal phase are higher,there is a significant difference?P<0.05?;the treatment group compared with the control group,endometrial thickness was significantly thicker?P<0.05?;the treatment group was significantly greater than the maximum diameter of the dominant follicle in the control group?P <0.05?.Conclusion:TCM artificial periodic therapy combined with CC can improve the pregnancy rate.TCM artificial periodic therapy combined with CC may increase levels of serum estradible?E₂?,progesterone?P?of mid-luteal phase,promoting follicular development,while reducing the CC anti-estrogen effect,increasing the thickness of the endometrium,endometrial improve receptivity.
