Clinical Studies On Bushen In Improving Endometrial Receptivity Of Luteal Phase Defect Sterility Women And The Impact Of Bushen On The Paf

Objective:to Observe the effect of Chinese herbs Shenqishoutaiwan(SQSHTW) decoction in treating luteal phase defect sterility women and and explore its acting mechanism. Methods:60 patients of luteal phase defect sterility women were randomly divided into the tested group (treated with SQSHTW decoction combined with western medicine)and the control group(treated with western medicine), and were observed on improvement of symptoms of TCM before and after treatment, detected serum estradiol and progestone level and blood flow parameters of the endometrial and the blood flow parameters of Uterine artery (PI,RI)on the day of luteal metaphase before and after treatment.We also detected serum PAF in Ovulation before and after treatment. Results:1. the tested group was obviously better than the control group in improving the insufficiency of kidney (P<0.01).2 After the treatment the serum progestone level on the day of luteal metaphase in the tested group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the serum estradiol level in the two groups were higher than that before treatment,but there is no significant difference(P>0.05).3. blood flow parameters RI of the endometrial and the blood flow parameters of Uterine artery on the day of luteal metaphase of the tested group and the controlled group was significant difference (P<0.01), while PI of the two group was statistically significant different (P<0.05).4. After the treatment serum PAF in Ovulation in the tested group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05) 5. As to the pregnancy rate, the tested group was higher than the control group, but there is no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:There is a good effect while SQSHTW decoction treated luteal phase defect sterility.It may have relation to its improving local blood flow and increasing endometrial receptivity.
