The Clinical Research On Treating With Infertilitas Feminis Of Luteal Phase Defect Type With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Moxibustion

Aims at:use the the " tonify kidney to help (bushenzhuyun tang)" with moxibustion to treat with infertilitas feminis of luteal phase defect type,to know the curative effect and its mechanisms,in order to provide a new method of TCM treatment.Methods:devide 40 applicable patients into two groups:20 patients in treatment group,treat with " tonify kidney to help fertility decoction"; other 20 patients in control group,treat with "tonify kidney to help fertility decoction".observe the two groups situations before and after the 2 courses of treatment(3 menstrual cycle is a treatment course),to know the situation of the changes(including pregnancy, basal body temperature,TCM syndromes).finally through the scoring and statistical analyzing methods, wholly evaluate the curative effect.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90.0% and 75.0%;the pregnancy rate of the treatment group and control group was 25.0% and 10.0%;there is no significant difference of two rates (P> 0.05); the improving of clinical symptoms, basal body temperature (BBT) type is significantly different (p<0.05); high temperature phase score (HPS) is grat different (P<0.01); in improving the blood LH FSH,P values there are grate difference(P<0.01).Conclution:treating methods of tonify kidney to help fertility decoction with Moxibustion can obviously improve the endocrine situation,Increase the temperature variation to extend the high temperature period and improve stability, improve the clinical symptoms and elevate pregnancy rate.
