Objective : To observe,analyse,evaluate the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of compound methylene blue combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid;To seek a safe,economic and effective analgesia method to the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods: According to treatment sequence number(1 to 60),60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly: 30 cases in experimental group were given compound methylene blue(1% methylene blue 1 ml+0.75% ropivacaine 5ml + normal saline 5 ml) local injection,two days after surgery,they were treated with herbal fumigation;30 cases in the control group after surgery 2 days were treated with herbal fumigation.To observe the pain levels of postoperative wounds and the levels under condition of defecation and dressing changed.To observe urine discharge condition, anal incontinence, the anus rim edema, wound granulation tissue, etc.Compare to the above respectively,and to analyse them by Statistics,analyse its analgesic effect.Results: Clinical study shows that there was significant difference in postoperativethe 12 hours,1 day,2 days,3 days,5 days and postoperative first stool on analgesic efficacy between two groups(P<0.05),in postoperative 7th day analgesic efficacy is no significant difference(P>0.05).There were no significant differences on postoperative urine row out of,anal edema,granulation tissue growth between two groups.Conclusion: Under the standard operation,the analgesic effect of compound methylene blue combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid is better than that of pure herbal fumigation,its analgesic effect can last for 5 days,and there is no obvious increase the risk of postoperative anal edema,urinary retention,anal incontinence and other complications,so it is economic,safe and effective that compound methylene blue combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid.
