By Liquid Soup Close Clinical Observation And Treatment Chaihushugan Yin Wind Powder Type Of Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Zengyetangcombined Chaihushugansan on stirring wind due to yin deficiency of stroke.Material and Methods:60cases which had diagnosed with wind due to yindeficiency of stroke and also diagnosed ischemic stroke,60cases are randomlydivided into treatment group and control group, each group had30cases andprovide regular cure like anticoagulation、antiplatelet lipid-loweringdrugs.Control group of30cases add to pure water, Treatment group of30casesadd to Zengyetang combined Chaihushugansan the other treatment are the same.Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms in two groups of patients and after14days at the help of the family of the patient to evaluation the Barthel scoreindex,of the patient,in order to assess the curative effect.Results:1.Patients of gender, age, course and NIHSS Scale Point beforetreatment consistent(P>0.05).2.After treatment, collection the data of two groups.compare theBarthel index of the two groups difference is significant (P <0.05).3.the control group is better than the treatment group, the two groupsthe difference is significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Zengyetang combined Chaihushugansan have a significant effecton stirring wind due to yin deficiency of stroke, can effectively reduce thedisability rate,make patient have a better life quality.
