The Clinical Observation Of Chaihushugansan Plus Shixiaosan Modified Combined With Acupuncture Therapy On Qi-stagnation And Blood-stasis Hypomenorrhea

Purpose: Clinical observation of the efficacy and safety of oral Chaihushugansan plus Shixiaosan modified combined with acupuncture therapy on Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis hypomenorrhea?And preliminary discussion of its mechanism of action,In order to provide the basis and effective method for the clinical treatment of Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis hypomenorrhea in the future?Method: Strictly follow the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnosis and standard income cases,collect patients from January 2017 to January 2018 in the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,a total of 72 cases,according to the order of visits will be randomly divided into two groups.In the course of the disease,there were 5 cases of shedding,2 cases of shedding in the treatment group,and 3 cases of shedding in the control group.The actual group of 67 cases,the treatment group(34 cases)were treated with oral Chaihushugansan plus Shixiaosan modified combined with acupuncture,and the control group(33 cases)was treated with oral Chaihushugansan plus Shixiaosan alone.Oral medication takes 21 days as a course of treatment,acupuncture every other day,once acupuncture treatment for 10 times,stopping the menstrual period,after three courses of treatment,compare the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of the amount,menstruation,color and TCM syndromes Such improvement,and then statistical analysis of clinical efficacy.Result: The total effective rate was 82.35% in the treatment group and 72.73% in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05)had significant difference,indicating that the efficacy of Chaihushugansan plus Shixiaosan modified combined with acupuncture was much better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group only.Before and after treatment,the combined group had significantly better results in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients' menstrual flow,menstrual period,Jingxue and TCM syndromes than the control group.Conclusion:Through comparative analysis,the clinical efficacy of oral Chaihushugansan plus Shixiaosan modified combined with acupuncture in the treatment of oligoedema due toqi stagnation and blood stasis is significant,safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization and application.
