Objective:To observe JIAJI acupoint acupuncture clinical efficacy with TDP hyperactivity treatment of cervical vertigo,for the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo looking for effective treatmentsMethods:60patients diagnosed with hyperactivity of all cases of cervical vertigo enrolled patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of30patients in the treatment group8males and22females,mean age59.63±10.73,mean duration of10.20±4.17in the control group13males and17females, mean age58.37±10.43,with an average duration of11.47±5.79.Conventional therapy acupuncture control group, the treatment group and the acupuncture points JIAJI TDP treatment on the basis of conventional acupuncture.Each group10days for a course of two courses.Results:1JIAJI acupoint acupuncture with cervical vertigo were significantly different (P<0.05) compared symptoms and functional aspects of assessment scores before and after treatment TDP patients, suggesting that the main points with acupuncture JIAJI TDP for improving the degree of dizziness,vertigo frequency, duration,neck and shoulder pain, headaches,daily life and work,psychological and social adaptation has a good effect.2After treatment of vertebral artery mean flow velocity (Vm), peak systolic flow velocity (Vs),the difference was significant,statistically significant (P<0.05), prompted mainly with acupuncture points JIAJI TDP treatment group in improving the vertebral artery mean flow velocity (Vm),peak systolic flow velocity (Vs) is superior to simple acupuncture treatment group.3Comparison of two groups, the treatment group, the total effective rate was90%in the control group, the total effective rate was66.7%,the statistical analysis,statistically significant (P<0.05), prompt treatment group than the control group. Conclusion:Acupuncture JIAJI acupoint treatment with TDP hyperactivity in patients with cervical vertigo vertigo symptoms have a good effect, is one of the effective treatments for cervical vertigo.
