Acupuncture Points Through The Neck Jiaji Needling With Cervical Dizziness Clinical Research Of 40 Cases

Objective: To observe the cervical Jiaji points with acupuncture needlingthrough the point of clinical efficacy of cervical vertigo, cervical Jiaji points of acupuncture with acupoint needling through cervical vertigo mechanism.Methods: To meet the requirements of 80 patients were divided into 2 groups, treatment group (with acupuncture neck Jiaji through acupuncture points), the control group (with oral administration of flunarizine capsules). Before and after treatment using clinical symptoms and function scores, TCD detection of clinical evaluation of two groups were compared.Results: The rate in the superior cervical vertigo control group. TCD index in patients after treatment groups comparing acupuncture with cervical Jiaji more acupuncture points through improved vertebral - basilar artery blood flow velocity, significant difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture with cervical Jiaji points through acupuncture points can improve the symptoms of cervical vertigo patients, the signs and indicators of TCD, with better clinical efficacy.
