| Objective:Ob serve the curative neck clip ridge point of neck type of cervical spondylosis MMP-3 model rabbit intervertebral disc cartilage cells,the influence of the content of TGF-β1,explore its possible mechanism of the treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:The 18 New Zealand purebred rabbits according to random number table method were randomly divided into A-C three groups,and six in each group.A group was blank group,group B was model group,group C was electroacupuncture group,and group B and group C were modeled by complex cause modeling method for 10 weeks.After modeling success,the A and B only grabbed the fixed and the C group gave the needle for 21 days.Feeding conditions are consistent.After the treatment,the ear vein was injected with air embolism and executed various groups of animal s,taking the C4-7 disc tissue and separating the cartilage from the end of the cartilage.The contents of MMP-3 and TGF-β1 in the intervertebral disc cartilage were detected by ELISA.Results:1.Compared with the blank group,the levels of MMP-3 and TGF-β1 in the intervertebral disc chondrocytes of the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.01),indicating that MMP-3,TGF-β1 content increased,intervertebral disc degeneration occurred.2.Compared with the blank group,the content of MMP-3 in the intervertebral disc chondrocytes of the electroacupuneture group was lower than that of the blank group,and the content of TGF-β1 was significantly increased(P<0.01),which indicated that the electro-The content of MMP-3 in intervertebral disc chondrocytes increased the content of T GF-β1 in rabbit intervertebral disc chondrocytes.3.Compared with the model group,the content of MMP-3 in the intervertebral disc chondrocytes of the electroacupuncture group was lower than that of the model group,and the content of TGF-β1 was increased(P<0.01),which indicated that EA could decrease the expression of intervertebral disc chondrocytes And the content of MMP-3 in rabbit intervertebral disc chondrocytes was increased.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture cervical cervicogenic model can decrease the content of MMP-3 in intervertebral disc chondrocytes and inhibit the degradation of ECM in chondrocytes,delay or prevent the diffusion of nutrients in cartilage endplate interface.While the level of T GF-β1 can be increased to promote the synthesis of ECM,to repair the intervertebral disc,to maintain the normal form of cartilage endplate structure,reduce the extent of early disc degeneration. |
