Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of hepatobiliary concurrent treatment on chronic cholecystitis complicated by cholelithiasis, and to explore the mechanism of the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with cholelithiasis.Methods:64Patients with chronic cholecystitis complicated by cholelithiasis, who had been treated between September,2011and January,2013at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, were randomly divided into two groups:32patients in the treatment group, the other32cases in the control group. Among which, two persons in treatment group and two others in control group are removed from the test because of being lost to follow up or quitting. There are total60persons who have completed this test, with30persons in each group. The treatment group received treatment from self-made traditional Chinese medicine formula treatment. Two months after treatment, the clinical efficacy and the main symptoms and signs as well as B-change of the gallbladder were compared between the two groups.Results:l.The total effective rate in the treatment group is90%, and6.7%in the control group. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.2.The improvement on total score of symptoms and signs is also statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group’s improvement is better than control group’s;3. Make a comparison between the two groups after treatment in B ultrasound under rough walls, wall thickening, bile acoustic difference and so on, through statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group improved better than control group;4. The two groups after treatment were compared under the B ultrasound stone size, the total effective rate of treatment group was86.7%, total effective rate of the control group was67%, statistically, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion: 1.The general curative effect on tranditional Chinese medicine treatment group, adpoting hepatobiliary concurrent treatment, is better than that on control group.2.The traditional Chinese medicine formula, based on the principle of hepatobiliary concurrent treatment, can improve clinical symptoms, reduce inflammation, and have the effect of calculus removal and dissolution to a certain extent.
