| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chai Yu Yin on damp-heat in hepatobiliary type of chronic cholecystitis.Method:60 patients with damp-heat in hepatobiliary type of chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).There were no significant differences in the gender composition,age,disease course between the two groups.The treatment group was treated with Chai Yu Yin; the control group was treated with anti-inflammatory cholagogue piece.The total course of treatment for 28 days. The symptom、sign、Chinese Medicine Symptom integral and Color Doppler Ultrasound were observed before and after treatment.To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the treatment of chronic cholecystitis by Chai Yu YinResults:After the treatment,symptom、sign、Chinese Medicine Symptom integral and Color Doppler Ultrasound of treatment group were much better than those of control group,with statistic significance, The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, the control group was 70.00%, (P< 0.05).No adverse reactions has been found in both of the groups.Conclusion:1、Chai Yu Yin was significantlyeffective in treatment of damp-heat in Hepatobiliary type of chronic cholecystitis,which could significantly improved thesymptom、sign、Chinese Medicine Symptom integral and Color Doppler Ultrasound.2、Chai Yu Yin has no adverse reactions in treatment of damp-heat in Hepatobiliary type of chronic cholecystitis. |
