Clinical Observation Of Lidan Huashi Decoction In The Treatment Of Hepatobiliary Damp Heat Type Chronic Cholecystitis

Objective:According to the clinical observation on the treatment of hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis with Lidan Huashi Decoction, to investigate the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action on the treatment of hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis with Lidan Huashi Decoction.Methods:In establishing the strict diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and curative effect evaluation standards based, From the outpatients diagnosed with chronic cholecystitis, Chinese medicine dialectical typing for60cases of patients with hepatobiliary damp heat type, were randomly clinical randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases of patients with oral Lidan Huashi Decoction) and control group (30cases of patients with oral Lidan tablets). Collect and record the patients before and after treatment of symptoms and ultrasound imaging results, and according to the integral table to calculate symptom score, comparative analysis using statistics software, treatment for4weeks.Results:The treatment group of TCM syndrome total efficiency is90.00%, control group of TCM syndrome total efficiency is76.67%, the two groups by statistical analysis of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Gallbladder B ultrasound results, the total effective rate of treatment group is83.33%, total effective rate of the control group is60.00%, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Lidan Huashi Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis; Lidan Huashi Decoction can improve the patients with ultrasonic imaging results of hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis.
