Objective: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy discusses treatment gallbladder neckcalculus incarceration acute cholecystitis caused by the timing of surgery.Methods: Byusing the method of retrospective clinical study from October2009to October2012,during the fifth, xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital treated82cases of calculusincarcerated gall bladder neck caused by patients with acute cholecystitis, were performedlaparoscopic cholecystectomy (2cases with gallbladder triangle cause transfer laparotomy),according to the time within72h of the onset to surgery and more than72hours of dividedinto2groups were compared. Results: The two groups were operative time, postoperativehospital stay, postoperative complications, with chi-square test and t test statistics methoddraw: less than72hours is obviously better than the surgical repair group, more than72hours (P<0.05).Conclusion: For gallbladder neck if incarceration and acute pyogeniccholecystitis cases, in the conservative treatment is invalid, should be released as soon aspossible surgery, in the master operation skills and the patient’s body no absoluteanesthesia operation indications under the premise of the LC is a safe and feasible, canmaximum limit reduce the patient’s suffering and economic burden, reduce thepostoperative complications.
