The study systematically discussed the pathogeny , pathogenesis and survey of treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithias also is , talk over the DACHALHIT1NG's regulation of symptoms and treatment. It indicate the the main pathogenesises of cholecystitis and cbolelithiasis are that dysfunction of shaoyang qi free flow lead to qi stagnation and fire and yangming excess heat inside. So, under the leadership of our teacher ,we select the dachaihutang from The ShangHanlun to regulate shaoyang's function ,keep the qi free flow, clear heat in the gallbladder ,let turbid and damp out to treat cholecystitis and cholelithias. The thesis has two parts. Theoretical part can be divided into three .The first part mainly discuss the the gallbladder physiological function and pathogeny , pathogenesis and survey of treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithias in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The second one mainly discuss the the gallbladder physiological function and pathogeny , pathogenesis and survey of treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithias in west mecicine. The third show the dachaihutang is the perfect the formula of herbs to treat cholecystitis and cholelithias and briefly tell the origination ,symptoms and modem study. Clinical study are the observation of cholecystitis and cholelithias treated with dachaihutang and illuminate it have a good function to improve the symptoms, increase the clinical effect , as well as validate it have practical value in cholecystifis and cholelithias and other diseases of gallbladder tract.
