Clinical Observation On The Scalp Penetration Acupuncture Remedying The Headache Duringmenstruation

Objective:To study clinical effectiveness of scalp penetration acupuncture on patients with suffering from menstruation migraine through the clinical randomized controlled trials,the research is aiming to verify the validity and feasibility of the therapeutic method with the syndrome of headache during menstrual cycle.Methods:The study is performed on60patients who come from the2nd affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine.we divided the60cases into the scalp penetration acupuncture group and the medicine group, there are30cases in each group two treatment groups were normative treated for7days as a course of treatment,2courses n all.In the process of treating,we weed out the unqualified cases. We systematic evaluate every cases including patients with the level of pain,the total effective rate and comprehensive comparison before arid after treatment. These data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0statistics software.Results:To compare VAS points,The migraine level of two groups after the therapy was significantly alleviated than before,showing remarkably difference P<0.01,but the pain relief degree of the therapy group is better than the control group. The therapy group has a total effective rate of86.20%and the comparison group has42.86%the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:the study shows that the scalp penetration acupuncture method can remarkable alleviate the ache degree of menstruation migraine patients.No matter what any aspects,the therapy group effective rate is demonstrably superior to routine medicine group.In a word the method of scalp penetration acupuncture should be a good choice for the menstruation migraine patients,because this method can regulate Yin-Yang and dredge the channel so as to regulating the menstrual and relieving pain function.
