Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Scalp Penetration Acupuncture On Blood Lipid And Hemorheology Of Aci

Objective:1.To observe the curative effect of scalp penetration acupuncture treating acute cerebral infarction.2.To Analyze the effect on blood lipid and hemorheology of scalp penetration acupuncture treating acute cerebral infarction.Method:60 cases with ACI were randomly divided into the scalp penetration acupuncture group(SPA group),the ordinary acupuncture group(OA group) and the west medicine group(control group),20 cases in each group.On the basis of west medicine treatment,the SPA group was treated by hemiplegic scalp penetration acupuncture and the OA group was treated by acupuncture on Baihui point and Shuigou point.After treatment,observe the change of the nerve function grade,the FMA score,the BI score and evaluate the curative effect.To analyze the effect on blood lipid and hemorheology.Results:1.All the three treatments can reduce the neurological- deficit score significantly(P＜0.01). The effect of SPA group and the OA group is more obviously than the control group(P＜0.05), and the SPA group was better than the OA group(P＜0.05).2.All the three treatments can improve patients FMA score,BI score significantly(P＜0.01). The change of SPA group and the OA group is more obviously than the control group(P＜0.05), and the SPA group was better than the OA group(P＜0.05).3.The total effective rate is 85%in SPA group,84.21%in OA group and 73.68%in control group.There was significant statistical difference between the three groups(P＜0.05).4.All the three treatments can reduce TG,TC significantly(P＜0.01).The effect of SPA group and the OA group is more obviously than the control group(P＜0.05),and the SPA group was better than the OA group(P＜0.05).5.All the three treatments can reduce TG,TC significantly (P＜0.01).The effect of SPA group and the OA group is more obviously than the control group (P＜0.05),and the SPA group was better than the OA group(P＜0.05).The reduction of the erythrocyte accumulation index was significantly in all three groups(P＜0.05).But there is no statistical difference in reducing the erythrocyte accumulation index between the SPA group and the OA group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The scalp-penetration-acupuncture treatment can reduce the blood lipid level, improve blood flow and promote brain blood circulation of ACI patients significantly.The scalp-penetration-acupuncture treatment can improve neurological function and providing scientific evidence in selecting better clinical treatment on ACI.
