| Migraine is a recurrent vascular headache,showing the side or both sides of ache,there is often accompanied by nausea or vomiting.The minority typical patients has omens such as vision,sense and movement before onset,may have the family history.It is clinical common,frequently-occurring disease, serious influence to patient's normal work and life.The related research indicated that approximately 6%male and 18%females comes under the influence in the total population.Objective:By comparing the differences of immediate analgesic effect and total curative effect of penetration acupuncture at the head Acupoints of Shaoyang meridian combine with adjunct points according to the syndrome differentiation between western medicine in treating migraine.To investigate tbe effectiveness and feasibility of clinical Application of penetration acupuncture at the head acupoints of Shaoyang meridian in treating migraine.Treatment methods:A randomized control study,60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases of acupuncture group,30 cases of the control group.Acupuncture group using penetration needling method, the control group using western medicine treatment.Results:After the two group of patient first acupuncture or takes medicine,the acupuncture group and control group VAS headache intensity score showed a trend to lower dynamic,but the acupuncture group reduces the score to be bigger than the control group(P＜0.01);one month after the end of treatment,the acupuncture group clinical cured 3 cases,18 cases with marked effect,7 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate 93.33%; control group 1 cases of clinical cure,12 cases with marked effect,9 cases effective,and 8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate 73.33%.Setter efficacy of acupuncture group,compared with the control group(P＜0.05)Conclusion:Acupuncture group in immediate analgesia and total curative effect are better than the control group. |
