Objective: To explore and analyze the difference of clinical effect of scalp point penetration acupuncture in the treatment of Tourette syndrome in children. Methods: 60 patients with Tourette syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were divided into penetrating acupuncture group and western medicine group by RCT.30 children in the western medicine group were treated with tiapride hydrochloride and start 4mg / kg×d,and gradually increase dose to 8mg / kg×d,twice a day for 4 courses, while in the penetrating acupuncture group,Baihui to Sishencong,Zhengying to touwei,Qianding to Xinhui.,Shangxing to Shenting Yintang,Shenmen,Neiguan and Sanyinjiao were selected.Treatment for 6 days, rest for 1 day,a total of 7 days as a course of treatment,4 courses of treatment. The TCM syndrome score and Yale Comprehensive tic severity scale(YGTSS)were recorded and evaluated before and after treatment. The factors within and between groups were compared, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.There were significant differences in the total scores of YGTSS and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the two groups were effective in the treatment of multiple tic syndrome in children.2.After treatment, the motion-transmitting stakes, the vocal ally spacing score and YGTSS total score were significantly different fromthose of the Western drug group, and P<0.05,showed that the effect of the puncture group to improve the signs of multiple-explosive disorder in children was better than that of the Western drug group.3 Two groups of chinese medicine certificate waiting points and pre-treatment comparison,P<0.05,indicating that both groups can reduce theseverity of patients' TCM certificate, after treatment two groups of patients,P<0.01,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the puncture group on improving children's multiple stoicism is better than that of the Western medicine group.4 In the evaluation of efficacy, the efficiency and increasing rate of the puncture group were higher than that of western medicine group. The rate of increasewas tested by the card side,P<0.05,which showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment of multiple convulsive disease in children pertinent group was better than that of the Western drug group.5 Liver and renal abnormality in the Western drug group compared with the puncture group, there were differences in the rate of adverse reactions, indicating that the puncture group had small damage to liver and kidney function.Conclusion:1.Scalp point penetration acupuncture therapy and oral tiapride hydrochloride can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Tourette syndrome in children, and the clinical effects of the two groups are accurate.,Scalp point penetration acupuncture therapy show the more obvious therapies.2.Scalp point penetration acupuncture has obvious curative effect and higher safety, which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
