Clinical Efficacy Of Chiropractic Therapy For Children With Diarrhea Of Spleen-type

Objective:Investigating improvement of children with diarrhea (spleen-type) in stool, and comparing treatment effects of the two groups, and the objective evaluation was obtained about clinical effects of chiropractic in children with diarrhea (spleen-type), further study its mechanism and function at the same time.Methods:60patients with diarrhea (spleen-type) and meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, and every group has30cases. The treatment group use chiropractic and basic treatment, the control group use traditional massage techniques and basic treatment. Both groups were treated once a day,5times for one course of treatment, and the treatment of two groups were treated5times. Observing integral change before and after treatment and observing the safety indicators and adverse reactions at the same time, the clinical effects of the two groups were determined.Results:1. The treatments of the two groups for spleen deficiency all can improve the primary and secondary disease for children. But the treatment group has more significant effect than the control group.2. Two groups both can improve Urinary D excretion rate,but at this side the treatment group has great effect than the control group.3. Treatment effects of the Chiropractic treatment comparing with the control group of traditional massage techniques, are more significant and with fewer side effects.Conclusion:Chiropractic treatment of children with diarrhea has significant effect, security, and few adverse reactions in the treatment.It is worthy of clinical application and popularized, but the mechanism needs further study.
