Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Diarrhea (Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome) With Yunpi Guchang Decoctio

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yunpi Guchang decoction on treating infantile diarrhea(spleen qi deficiency syndrome).Methods: Dividing 60 examples of infants with diarrhea(spleen qi deficiency syndrome)into two groups,the treatment group use the experience side of Professor Zhang Di,Yunpi Guchang decoction to take oral treatment.The control group use the Saccharomyces boulardii sachets with Zinc Sulfate Syru p to take oral treatment.Both of the treatment courses are 5 days.Observing two groups‘ overall efficacy and the improvement of TCM symptom score before and after treatment.Results: 1.The overall efficacy of the treatment group is 93.33%,and the control group is 86.67%,the treatment group is more higher than the control group(P<0.05).2.Two groups improve defecate frequency and s tool property effect is distinct(P<0.05).The treatment group has better improvement than the control group in the aspect of defecate frequency(P< 0.05).Two groups to improve curative effect quite in the aspect of stool properties(P> 0.05).3.Two groups have the equivalent curative effect on improving the secondary symptoms(P < 0.05).Two groups’ curative effect is remarkable in improving ch ildren’s diet,mental,complexion and abdominal distension(P< 0.05).On body weight,vomiting and anus sympto ms,improvement is not obvious(P> 0.05).Saccharomyces boulardii sachets with Zinc Sulfate Syrup can improve the symptoms of urine(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Yunpi Guchang decoction has an obvious curative effect on treating infantile diarrhea(spleen qi deficiency syndrome),with fewer adverse reactions.
