Clinical Observation Of Time-selected Chiropractic Therapy Combined With Suoquan Pill In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of time-selected chiropractic therapy combined with Suoquan pill on infantile enuresis of spleen and kidney deficiency type,and to explore the effectiveness and superiority and of time-selected chiropractic therapy combined with Suoquan pill in the treatment of infantile enuresis of spleen and kidney deficiency type.Methods:67 children with enuresis(spleen and kidney deficiency type)who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in the observation group and 34 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with time-selected chiropractic therapy combined with Suoquan pill,while the control group was treated with Suoquan pill.Both groups were given life guidance and bladder function exercise on the basis of the above treatments.The children participating in the trial were treated for a total of 4 weeks,of which 2 weeks were a course of treatment.The changes in the TCM primary and secondary symptom scores and bladder capacity of the children before and after treatment were recorded,and the data were analyzed using SPSS24.0 software to evaluate the clinical efficacy.The cured children were followed up 4 weeks after the end of treatment,and the recurrence rate was counted to observe the prognosis.Results:1.Baseline data: there were no statistical differences between the children in the observation and control groups before treatment in terms of age,gender,disease duration,family history,TCM primary and secondary syndrome scores and bladder capacity(P > 0.05),and their baseline data were comparable.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.88%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.53%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of TCM primary and secondary symptom scores: after treatment,the TCM primary and secondary symptom scores decreased in both groups,and the differences within the groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that both groups were able to improve the TCM primary and secondary symptoms;there were statistically significant differences in nocturnal enuresis frequency,nocturnal enuresis volume,sleep depth,frequency of urination,fatigue and weakness between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the observation group was more effective in improving the above symptoms,and there was no statistically significant difference in face color and loss of appetite(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were equally effective in improving face color and appetite.4.Comparison of bladder capacity: the bladder volume increased in both groups after treatment,and the differences within the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the bladder capacity of children;the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the observation group had better efficacy in improving bladder capacity.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: after 4 weeks of treatment,children in both groups who were cured were followed up,with one recurrence in four children in the observation group and one recurrence in one child in the control group.Conclusion:1.Time-selected chiropractic therapy combined with Suoquan pill is effective in the treatment of infantile enuresis of spleen and kidney deficiency type,and it is better than Suoquan pill,which is a single oral Chinese patent medicine.2.Time-selected chiropractic therapy combined with Suoquan pill have significant advantages in reducing the frequency of nocturnal enuresis,decreasing the amount of nocturnal enuresis,reducing the frequency of urination,improving sleep depth as well as bladder capacity and fatigue.
