Clinical Observation On Bupizhixie Decoction In The Treatment Of Infantile Diarrhea Of Spleen-deficiency

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical symptoms of diarrhea(spleen deficiency and diarrhea)in children with diarrhea(spleen deficiency and diarrhea)and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this drug in treating children with diarrhea.METHODS: Sixty patients who met the criteria for diarrhea in children and the criteria for spleen deficiency and diarrhea were included in the study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The two groups were treated with dietary,nutritional support,and oral rehydration routine treatment.The experimental group received oral Chinese medicine Bupizhixie Decoction;the control group received oral diarrhea in children.After 14 days of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms were compared.TCM syndrome scores were recorded and safety indicators were evaluated.The results of treatment were statistically analyzed with SPSS19.0.Process and analyze.RESULTS:1.The total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The efficacy of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group.The statistical effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the western medical efficacy index of the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05),which proved that the test group was superior to the control group in terms of antidiarrheal time.3.After 14 days of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The stool frequency and stool traits of the two groups were compared after 14 days of treatment.The improvement of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the secondary symptom score comparison,the loss of appetite and abdominal pain and bloating were all better than the control group,(P<0.05),with significant difference.CONCLUSION: 1.The clinical efficacy of Bupizhixie Decoction in treating diarrhea(spleen deficiency and diarrhea)in children is better than that in children with diarrhea.2.The treatment of spleen and diarrhea decoction is better than the use of diarrhea in children in improving the frequency of stool,traits and appetite,abdominal pain and bloating.3.There was no adverse reaction during and after treatment of Bupizhixie Decoction.
