Objective To observe the clinical curative effect, Chiropractic as the main method of pediatric massage treatment of children with deficiency of the spleen diarrhea. And its safety to be assessed. It provides guidance for the choose of methods to clinical treatment of children with deficiency of the spleen diarrhea.Method To conform to the spleen deficient diagnostic criteria of 60 cases of children with diarrhea. Using randomized controlled methods, the patients were divided into treatment group of 30 patients, control group 30 cases. The treatment group given chiropractic as the main method of pediatric massage treatment,15~20 minutes each time, once a day. Control group were treated with tetralogy of viable bifid bacterium tablets,2 times a day for children under 3-6 months, once a day.2 times per day for 6 months to 3 years old children 2 times per day, two times a day. After the meal, drug crushed into the warm water or warm milk before taking. Both groups in 7 days with a course of treatment. Spleen deficiency in children with diarrhea in both groups of major and minor criteria of disease severity were graded before and after treatment for primary disease, secondary symptoms were seared to analyze the points of change to improve the situation, and comprehensive therapeutic evaluation. Using SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis. Measurement data represented by.The comparison of measurement data by t-test, the comparison of Count Data using the chi-square test, hierarchical data using the nonparametric tests.Results 1.In the two groups before and after their comparison:two groups of children with main, secondary and total symptom integral were lower after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), Explanation of spleen deficient diarrhea children’s clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved, with these two treatments.2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment:In the main, secondary integral and total clinical symptom integral fell more obviously in treatment group and control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).To improve the clinical symptoms and signs, treatment group is better than that of control group, for spleen deficient sex diarrhea in children.3.Overall clinical curative effect of the two groups after treatment:30 cases of the treatment group has 8 examples cured,15 examples dramatically valid,6 examples valid,1 examples invalid, and the total valid rate is 96.7%.The control group 30 cases,5 examples cured,10 examples dramatically valid,12 examples valid,3 examples invalid, and the total valid rate is 90%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).From the overall clinical curative effect, the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion chiropractic as the main method of Pediatric massage has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of diarrhea type pediatric spleen deficient; it is very safe and convenient. Clinical symptoms improved advantages especially in sick children. Adverse reactions are not found in clinical application. It has clinical application and popularization value.
