The Clinical Research Of Shao's Mo?An?Ding?Rou Technique In Treating Infantile Spleen-Deficiency Diarrhea

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shao's Mo?An?Ding?Rou Technique in treating infantile spleen-deficiency diarrhea,to provide a more simple and effective treatment for infantile spleen-deficiency diarrhea.Methods:A total of 60 patients with infantile spleen-deficiency diarrhea were recruited from April 2016 to January 2017.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases each group).The treatment group was treated with Shao's Mo?An?Ding?Rou Technique,the control group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets.A disease score and a spleen deficiency score were scored before and after treatment,and the points were analyzed statistically.Results:There were no significant differences in gender,age,course and other baseline data between the two groups,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After one course' s treatment,the disease score and spleen deficiency score had statistically significant differences in treatment group and the control group compared with their own scores before the treatment,.It means that both these two methods can not only improve the frequency of children's defecation,feces quality and other symptoms,but also can improve the loss of appetite,tired in speaking or moving and other spleen deficiency symptoms.There was no significant difference in the score of diarrhea disease between the two groups(P>0.05).But there was significant difference between the two groups in the score of spleen-deficiency(P<0.05),and the mean value of the treatment group was less than that of the control group.It means that the effect of Shao's Mo?An?Ding?Rou Technique was better than that of Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets in improving the symptoms of spleen deficiency syndrome in patients.The total effective rate was 96.7%in the Shao's Mo?An?Ding?Rou Technique,93.3%in the Live Combined Bifidobacterium combined with montmorillonite group,although the treatment group was slightly higher than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).This result indicating that both methods are effective in the treatment of infantile spleen-deficiency diarrhea.Conclusion:Shao's Mo?An?Ding?Rou Technique has exact effect in treating infantile spleen-deficiency diarrhea.Under the guidance of the wholsim and the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms,not only can effectively improve the symptoms of diarrhea,but also more effectively improving spleen deficiency syndrome,and has no side effects.So the conclusion is Shao's Mo?An?Ding?Rou Technique is worth to be promoted widely.
