Objective:1. To understand the level of organizational justice of male nurses inthird-grade class-A hospitals2. To understand the level of job satisfaction of male nurses inthird-grade class-A hospitals3. To explore the relationship and factors between organizationaljustice and job satisfaction of male nurses in third-grade class-A hospitalsMethod:By using the method of random sampling, we choose33male nursesin third-grade class-A hospitals in Changchun City of Jilin Province,Jinan City of Shandong Province and Jinzhou City of Shandong Provinceand set as experimental group. We choose33female nurses in third-gradeclass-A hospitals working with male nurses at the same department andset as control group. We used Colquitt of Organizational Justice Scale offour dimensions, Minnesota job Satisfaction Scale and generaldemographic data questionnaire to make a survey. All the data was inputinto Excel to establish a database, and analyzed by SPSS19.0statisticalsoftware, which involved chi-square test, t test, and multivariate analysis,ANOVA statistical methods and linear correlation analysis.Result:1.The score of organizational justice of male nurses in third-gradeclass-A hospitals was49.10±4.70,whichi presented a lower-middle level; the score of organizational justice of female nurses in third-grade class-Ahospitals was69.39±3.71,which presented a higher-middle level; Thedifferences between two of them were significant (P <0.05);2. The score of job satisfaction of male nurses in third-grade class-Ahospitals was53.48±5.45,which presented in a middle level; the score ofjob satisfaction of female nurses in third-grade class-A hospitals was75.27±5.25,whichi presented a higher-middle level; The differencesbetween two of them was significant.(P <0.05);3. The relationship between organizational justice and jobsatisfaction of male nurses in third-grade class-A hospitals has a positivecorrelation;4. Information Justice and Interpersonal Justice have a significantinfluence on Job Satisfaction, and Procedural Justice and DistributiveJustice have a less influence.Conclusion:Informational Justice and Interpersonal Justice are effectivemeasures to improve male nurses organizational justice and jobsatisfaction.
