| Based on previous studies,take the dispatch medical personnel as the research object,select organizational justice,organizational identification and engagement as three angles to investigate the dispatch medical personnel.Explore how organization justice influences the employee engagement of the dispatch medical personnel.And based on the literature to support the introduction of the organization identification as a mediating variables discussed organizational identification intermediary role in organizing the relationship between organizational justice and engagement,to better understand the three intrinsic relationship between "organizational justice","organizational identification " and "engagement".After combing through the research literature of the domestic and foreign scholars about organizational justice and employee engagement found that organizational justice will have a significant impact on psychology and behavior of employees,and employee engagement will be affected by individual and organizational factors,organizational justice is one of the important factors.When employees of a higher sense of organizational justice,they will produce a strong sense of belonging and identity to the organization,it is actively involved in the work,willing to sacrifice,reflecting the strong dedication.The relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification were already proven and accepted by most researchers,they think,whether there is a fair working environment organization has a very significant impact on the formation of the identity of the employee.This study used the method of questionnaire,take the dispatch medical personnel of a three-level general hospital in Shanghai as research object,and analyze the questionnaire data by SPSS17.0 software,make the conclusion that,1.Organizational justice and engagement was a significant positive correlation;2.Organizational justice and organizational identification was a significant positive correlation;3.Organizational identification and engagement was a significant positive correlation;4.Organizational identification plays the part of intermediary role between organizational justice and engagement. |
