Objective:In based on the current survey of TCM clinical nurses' organization citizenship behavior, organizational justice and job satisfaction, analysis the prediction function of Organizational justice on OCB, innovative introducing job satisfaction to further analysis the mechanism between the OCB and organizational justice, and analysis the differences of OCB on the demography variable. Purpose is providing scientific theory of perfecting organization fair degrees, improving the nurse job satisfaction, promoting their OCB, improving the quality of nursing service paid.Method:Use cross-sectional questionnaire to measure 316 nurses'OCB, organizational justice and job satisfaction, the nurses come from four grade three Chinese medicine hospitals in Harbin. Finally, take the data collected SPSS17.0 statistical software descriptive analysis, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and class regression analysis at last.Result:(1) TCM clinical nurse has higher level of OCB and organizational justice, and job satisfaction level also is modest High levels.(2) Different departments, different monthly income of Chinese medicine clinical nurse OCB demonstrated no significant difference.(3) More than 35 TCM clinical nurses are more likely to pay more identity behavior than younger nurse (below 25) at work, and more willing to help colleagues can actively participate in coordination and communication; between the ages of 35-45 TCM clinical nurses are more likely to show professional behavior than nurses under the age of 35.(4) Undergraduate TCM clinical nurses tend to show professional behavior than college and below nurses, more seriously, in work more strictly abide by the ward system.(5) Along with the increase of seniority, the score of identification with the company and Conscientiousness both have "u" changes. In 15 years seniority TCM clinical nurses tend to show more the identify behavior, they easier to help and active participation of coordination and communication among colleagues at work performance, more seriously, even to the professional degree than work benchmark.(6) Four dimensions on organizational justice is a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, variance to 22.8%.The most significant impact is fair distribution.(7) Job satisfaction of TCM clinical nurses can produce significant positive impact on in five dimensions of OCB, the most significant is identification with the company, and explain variation reached 4.7%.(8) In control of demography variables, the organizational justice has significant positivee influence on OCB. Specific for:①in identification with the company dimension, procedural justice and informational justice showed different significant level positive effect. Among them, the information justice effect more than procedural justice;②in altruism toward colleagues dimension, procedural justice and informational justice have significant positive impact on it.In which informational justice has more significant role;③in conscientiousness dimension, only distributive justice has significant positive effect;④in interpersonal harmony dimension, informational justice shows significant positive influence;⑤in protecting departments resources dimension, interpersonal justice shows significant positively influence.(9) Job satisfaction has intervening function between organizational justice and TCM clinical nurse OCB. Specific for:①in procedural justice and informational justice dimension positive influence on the identification with the company dimension, job satisfaction exist certain intermediary effect;②in procedural justice and informational justice dimension positive influence on the dimension of altruism toward colleagues, job satisfaction exist certain intermediary effect;③in distributive justice dimensions produced positive influence on the conscientiousness dimension, job satisfaction has certain intermediary role;④in informational justice dimension produced positive influence on interpersonal harmony dimension, job satisfaction has certain intermediary role;⑤in interpersonal justice dimension produced positive influence on the protecting departments resources dimension, job satisfaction has certain intermediary role.Conclusion:(1) Overall,the TCM clinical nurse OCB,organizational justice and job satisfaction levels were higher.(2) In addition to the administrative offices and month income outside, age, record of formal schooling and length of service on TCM clinical nurse OCB there are significant differences.(3) Organizational justice has positive effect on Chinese clinical nurse job satisfaction, and the job satisfaction also produced a significant positive impact on the Chinese clinical nurse OCB.(4) Organizational justice has positive influence on Chinese clinical nurses'OCB, so care managers must attach great importance to, and try to eliminate mishandling the enthuseiasm of the nurse has negative effect.(5) Between organizational justice and TCM clinical nurse OCB, job satisfaction has intervening function.
