The Clinical Research On The Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of PMOP With Fufangduzhong Tablet

ObjectiveUsing Fufangduzhong Tablet of Chinese Herbal Medicine to treat the patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis with PMOP. Then observing the changes of the bone mineral density, estradiol(E2),ALP and the score of VAS before and after being treated6months,in order to explore the mechanism and clinical effect of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of PMOP with Fufangduzhong Tablet.MethodsFrom February2012to June2013,80cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis with PMOP elected through the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,40patients per group. The treatment group was treated with Fufangduzhong Tablet (each time take4Tablets,3times per day) while the contorl group was treated with Xianlinggubao capsule (each time take3capsules,2times per day).Separately recorded the level of bone mineral density,estrogen(E2),ALP and the score of VAS before and after being treated6months to explore the mechanism and clinical effect of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of PMOP with Fufangduzhong Tablet. Data was analyzed statistically by using the SPSS17.0statistical software package.ResultsThe clinical research on80cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of PMOP with Fufangduzhong Tablet. After6months, the results ware as follows:1.It shew that the levels of BMD of the treatment group ware:0.683±0.009g/m2,0.714±0.010g/m2before and after being treated6months.The level of BMD was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05) by Paired-Samples T test. While the levels of BMD of the contorl group ware:0.684±0.010g/m2,0.712±0.107g/m2before and after being treated6months.The level of BMD was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05) by Paired-Samples T test. But there ware not significantly different between the treatment group and the control group before and after treated6months (P>0.05) by Independent-Samples T test.2.The levels of estradiol (E2) of the treatment group ware:38.72±1.13pg/ml,41.72±1.06pg/ml before and after being treated6months.The level of E2was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05) by Paired-Samples T test. While the levels of E2of the contorl group ware:38.65±1.18pg/ml,41.82±1.16pg/ml before and after treated6months.The level of E2was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05) by Paired-Samples T test. But there ware no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after being treated6months(P>0.05) by Independent-Samples T test.3.The ALP of the treatment group ware:84.08±4.34IU/L,86.50±5.03IU/L before and after being treated6months.The ALP of the control group ware:83.40±3.80IU/L,85.48±4.92IU/L,before and after being treated6months. The levels of ALP ware significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05) by Paired-Samples T test. But before and after being treated6months,there ware no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05) by Independent-Samples T test.4.2.The score of VAS of the treatment group ware:5.05±1.54,1.38±1.15before and after being treated6months. The score of VAS was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05) by Nonparametric Tests. While The score of VAS of the contorl group ware:5.03±1.42,1.28±1.24before and after treated6months. The score of VAS was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05) by Nonparametric Tests.But there ware no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after being treated6months (P>0.05) by Nonparametric Tests.5.According to the effect standard of WHO by VAS.There warell excellent(27.5%),24good(60.0%),5poor(12.5%) in the treatment group;while11excellent(32.5%),24good(57.5%),5poor(10.0%) in the Control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was87.50%,while90.00%in the control group; There ware no significantly different between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05) by Ridit Test.Conclusion:1. Fufangduzhong Tablet can improve the level of BMD,E2and ALP of PMOP to pmprove the numbers of OB and reduce the resorption of bone.2. Fufangduzhong Tablet also can remove the pain symptom for the patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of PMOP. It is one of the effective therapeutic treatments for the majority of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with PMOP to choose.
