| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating osteoporosis Baofangperimenopausal women lienal kidney two empty of osteoporosis, and to explore itsmechanism of action and the advantages of the treatment of this disease.Methods: Thisstudy observed a total of52patients with bone mineral density measurement and clinicalsymptoms were diagnosed as perimenopausal osteoporosis patients, randomly divided intotreatment group (oral bone Shu Bao Fang) and control group (oral Xian ling Gu baocapsule), treatment for6months. Observation of clinical symptoms after treatment in twogroups (lumbar pain, Yao xi suan ruan weakness, dizziness, nocturia, less loose stools) E2before and after the treatment, FSH, ALP, serum calcium and serum alkaline phosphataseand bone mineral density (1-4lateral lumbar spine, left hip bone mineral density)change.Results: The clinical research results show that:(1) the total effective rate oftreatment group88%, control group, the total efficiency of62%, the total efficiency of twogroups had significant difference (P＜0.05), showed that the bone thinning treasure partyhas good curative effect on climacteric osteoporosis.(2) of two groups of patients withclinical symptom score were decreased, especially for the main symptoms (low back pain,leg knee limp) before and after treatment were significantly decreased compared, the mainsymptoms of treatment group before and after the integral comparison there are verysignificant differences (P＜0.01), the control group before and after treatment the mainsymptom score were significantly different (P＜0.05) showed that the treatment group inimproving patients with osteoporosis TCM main symptoms than the control group, thetreatment group can effectively alleviate the symptoms of pain, Yao xi suan ruan weaknessin patients with lumbar spine.(3) increased in two patients after E2treatment (P＜0.01), FSH decreased (P＜0.05), ALP decreased (P＜0.01).(4) of two groups of bonemineral density (lumbar spine, left hip) after treatment than before treatment slightlyincreased, there was a significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment (P＜0.05), showed that the two groups can effectively prevent the further loss of bone massin. Because of the slow change of bone mineral density index, continued to beobserved.Conclusion: Curative effect in the treatment of osteoporosis treasure party onperimenopausal osteoporosis significantly, by adjusting the bone density, serum alkalinephosphatase, serum calcium and ALP levels of the hormone can improve the clinicalsymptoms of purpose.
