Clinical Observation Of Bushen Quyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis (Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:Observe the improvement of pain and other symptoms and biochemical indexes of kidney Juan bi soup of kidney and blood stasis type about postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,For the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type osteoporosis after menopause to provide clinical basis and relatively standardized clinical path.Methods: According to the principle of random grouping,60 patients included in the standard will be divided into Chinese medicine group(kidney Juan bi soup),control group 1(faeries bone remains capsule) and control group 2(calcium he D slice, Allen phosphonic acid sodium),after treatment 6 months to observe the change of pain in patients with visual analogue scale(VAS),Clinical signs and symptoms, bone mineral density(BMD), bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP), tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP).Results:1.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical total effective rate was94.74%,the control group 1 was 77.78%, control group 2 was 77.78%.Three groups of kidney and blood stasis syndrome in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis have curative effect,There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).But the Chinese medicine group total effectiveness is better than that of control group 1, 2.2.There was a significant statistical significance of pain VAS score difference and the degree of pain between the three groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Chinese traditional medicine group is better than that of control group1, 2.3.The improvment of the shape of the total integral of syndrome,weakness in the inability to cold, and cold limbs and a lot of night to urinate,Chinese traditional medicine group is better than that of control group 1,2.Have a significant statistical significance.4.There was no statistical significance of the comparison before and after the treatment about the three kinds of treatment methods for the improvement of bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(P>0.05).Compared with the control group 1, 2,Chinese traditional medicine group of bone-specific alkaline phosphatase increased significantly, the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared before and after Chinese medicine treatment group,the improvement of tartaric resistant acid phosphatase has a statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance for control group 1,2 before and after the treatment(P>0.05). Comparison between the three groups, Chinese traditional medicine group was better than control group, there has statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Chinese traditional medicine group before and after treat- ment the density and femoral neck bone mineral density were not seen obvious abnormity, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).6.Chinese traditional medicine group before and after treat- ment the blood routine,liver and kidney function were not seen obvious abnormity, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kidney Juan bi soup can obviously improve the pain,cold limbs,weakness weakness, the night to urinate and other traditional Chinese medicine syndrome for kidney and blood stasis syndrome in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Safe and reliable curative effect.
