Clinicai Study Of Niuxi Papaya Decoction In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "Niuxi papaya decoction" combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets on PMOP patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency,and compare the total scores of TCM syndromes,bone mineral density and bone before and after treatment.The improvement of conversion index,pain score and dynamic balance ability,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of such diseases under the theory of Chinese medicine.Methods: This study selected 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the endocrine clinic and inpatients of our hospital from January2020 to December 2020 as the research objects;they were divided into two groups by random number table method,each with 33 cases,the control group Calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets were given orally;the treatment group was given calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets plus "Niuxi papaya decoction" for 3 months,and the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.Observation indicators: TCM syndromes total score,lumbar bone density,PINP,β-CTX,VAS pain score,TUGT timing,and changes in safety indicators were recorded at the same time.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and evaluate the efficacy.Results: The treatment group and the control group each completed30 observation cases,and each dropped 3 observation cases.(1)According to statistical analysis,the effective rate of symptom improvement in traditional Chinese medicine: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 73.33%,After the rank sum test,P=0.001(P<0.01),there is a significant difference.Effective rate of pain relief: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,After the rank sum test,P=0.000(P<0.01),there is a significant difference.(2)After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and there were significant differences(P<0.01).After treatment,the comparison between the groups was P=0.000(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference.(3)There was no difference in lumbar bone mineral density between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(4)Bone turnover index: There was no significant decrease in β-CTX between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant increase in PINP between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).(5)After treatment,the VAS score and TUGT timing of the two groups were reduced compared with before treatment,and there were significant differences(P<0.01).Comparison between the two groups,the comparison of the VAS scores between the two groups after treatment,P=0.001(P<0.01),which was significant Difference;TUGT timing comparison between the two groups after treatment,P=0.000(P<0.01),there is a significant difference.Conclusion:(1)"Niuxi papaya decoction" combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients.(2)"Niuxi papaya decoction" combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets can significantly reduce the patient’s VAS score and relieve pain symptoms.(3)"Niuxi papaya decoction" combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets can significantly reduce the patient’s TUGT timing and improve the patient’s dynamic balance function.(4)There was no discomfort during the whole course of treatment."Niuxi papaya decoction" is a safe and effective Chinese medicine.
