Objective:Evaluate the antihypertensive effects of combining sticking point massage Baihui, Quchi, Taichong, line United evodia and borneol sticking Yongquan between points on liver yang hypertensive patients. And observe the changes in blood pressure and traditional Chinese medical syndrome to provide hypertension patients a simple, convenient and easy adjuvant therapy. Methods:From December2010to February2013,96outpatients who satisfy the liver yang hypertension were included, then they were randomized into there arms:Western medicine group (34cases), the sticking group of (30cases), and the combination group(32cases).Western medicine group:The conventional simple application of domestic amlodipine besylate tablets(5mg), once a day, before breakfast;Sticking Group:Add patching therapy on domestic amlodipine besylate tablets. The patching method are as follows:put evodia20g, borneol lOg grounding into a powder, white vinegar to reconcile agent, made into a paste with gauze and tape securely, sticking in bilateral Yongquan, every night before bed deposited1Every time10h.Joint Group:Add the patching therapy on the basis therapy of joint acupressure while taking domestic amlodipine besylate tablets. Point massage methods are as follows:thumb vertically downward, Rubbing points between the Baihui, Quchi, Taichong, line respectively. Each point Anrou five minutes, twice a day. at08:00am and08:00pm.Effects were evaluated after4weeks of treatment. And the changes in blood pressure and TCM syndromes were compared between the three groups, all test data using SPSS18.0software for statistical analysis.Results:1.baseline comparison: Three groups of patients should be compared in terms of gender, age, pre-treatment blood pressure before treatment and the symptom score, treatment before traditional Chinese medical syndrome classification, No statistically significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.2. Group comparison:Three groups of patients assisted antihypertensive efficacy of lowering systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, the symptom score in the traditional Chinese medical syndromes, P<0.05, The difference was statistically significant.3. Between groups Comparison:(1)Joint group, western medicine group and patching group patients should be compared the systolic blood pressure after treatment (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.(2)Combined group, western medicine group, and patching group patients should be compared the diastolic blood pressure after treatment, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.(3)Compared with the Combined group and western medicine group, patching group therapy traditional Chinese medical syndrome score after treatment (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.(4)Joint group of antihypertensive efficacy:21cases were markedly, effective in7cases, invalid in2cases, the effective rate of93.33%; Western Medicine group antihypertensive efficacy:3cases were markedly, effective in16cases, invalid in11cases, the effective rate of63.33%; Patching group antihypertensive efficacy:11cases were markedly, effectively in13cases, invalid in6cases, the effective rate of80.00%; Compared with Overall efficacy of the combined group and western medicine group, sticking group patients assisted buck, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the joint group was superior to western medicine group, patching group.(5)Compared with the Joint group and western group, the patching group patients in traditional Chinese medical syndromes after treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Joint group traditional Chinese medical syndrome:18cases were markedly, effective in11cases, invalid in1case, the effective rate of96.67%; western medicine group traditional Chinese medical syndrome:2cases were markedly, effective in16cases,12cases were ineffective, the effective rate of60.00%; patching group traditional Chinese medical syndromes:9cases were markedly, effective in15cases, invalid in6cases, the effective rate of80.00%. traditional Chinese medical syndromes of the joint group was significantly better than the the WM group with the patching group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupressure the Baihui, Quchi, Taichong, line hole joint evodia, borneol sticking Yongquan can effectively reduce hypertension in patients with liver yang systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure.2.Acupressure between points the Baihui, Quchi, Taichong, line United evodia, borneol sticking Yongquan can improve the liver yang hypertension in patients with dizziness, headache, impatience, irritability, red red eyes TCM syndromes, and has the advantage of simple, economic, fewer side effects, so the exact role of acupressure combined with patching therapy assisted lowering blood pressure, worthy of clinical application.
