Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Foot Therapy On Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang Type Hypertension Combined With Anxiety State

Objective:To observe the effect of Tianma Guteng Decoction combined with foot therapy on blood pressure,anxiety and TCM syndrome of patients with hyperactivity of liver and Yang combined with anxiety state.Method:The patients collected as required were randomly divided into treatment group 1(perindopril tert-butylamine tablet + amlodipine besylate tablet),treatment group 2(supplemented with modified Tianma Gutengyin on the basis of treatment group 1),and treatment group 3(experimental group:supplemented with foot therapy on the basis of treatment group 2).After 10 consecutive days of treatment,the patients’ blood pressure(once in the morning and once in the evening),dynamic blood pressure(A total of nine),Hamilton anxiety score and TCM syndrome score were observed in the consulting room.Results:1.At the end of treatment,the blood pressure of the three groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.(P < 0.05).2.In terms of dynamic blood pressure,the experimental group(treatment group 3)had a significant effect on lowering the daytime and night maximum blood pressure.(P < 0.05).3.In terms of antihypertensive efficacy,the experimental group had a prominent effect in reducing morning systolic blood pressure,and the therapeutic effect comparison results were as follows:treatment group 3 was better than treatment group 2 and treatment group 1.(P < 0.05).4.The three methods can all reduce the Hamilton anxiety score and TCM syndrome score,and the therapeutic effect comparison result is that the treatment group 3 is better than the treatment group 2 is better than the treatment group 1.(P < 0.01).5.The total effective rate,apparent effective rate and effective rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the other two treatment groups.(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Flavored gastrodia elata uncaria drink joint type foot therapy to treat liver Yang syndrone hypertension combined anxiety state in lowering blood pressure,improve symptoms,reduce the Hamilton anxiety scale,to reduce the TCM syndrome integral,etc,with good effect,the effect is better than pure western medicine therapy and traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy,treatment is safe and effective,is worth further exploration,promotion and application.
