Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the tune of jiao therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension(hyperactivity of liver Yang).Methods:1.From October 1,2019 to November 30,2019,72 patients were selected from the outpatient and inpatient wards of cardiovascular medicine department of Bao'an District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Shenzhen who were diagnosed as primary hypertension(low and medium risk group)and diagnosed as hyperactivity of liver Yang by traditional Chinese medicine.Randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, both groups received the basic Western medicine treatment of essential hypertension, the experimental group was treated with the tune of jiao on the basis of basic treatment;the control group is no longer given any treatment. The buffer period was 2 weeks and the clinical observation period was 4 weeks.2.Observe the blood pressure level(range of blood pressure reduction, total effective rate),TCM syndrome integral, inflammatory factors:serum tumor markers(TNF-?),Interleukin-6(IL-6),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),vascular endothelial function indicators:endothelin(ET)and nitric oxide(no)levels,SCL90 mental health test scale,to explore the effectiveness of the tune of jiao therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension(hyperactivity of liver Yang)3.Observe the vital signs, blood, urinary and stool routine test, liver function, renal function, electrocardiogram and adverse events of the subjects before and after treatment to evaluate the safety.4.SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software was used to process the experimental data.Results:1.The systolic blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group decreased(31.27±7.48)mmHg and(21.34±7.23)mmHg respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group decreased(8.97±6.00)mmHg and(6.78±6.47)mmHg respectively, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure control was 96.97%in the experimental group and 87.50%in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Index of inflammatory factors in the experimental group and the control group:the decrease of hsCRP in the experimental group and the control group was(3.83±1.77),(2.97±1.75)with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the decrease of TNF-? in the experimental group and the control group was(5.50±3.56),(2.57±3.20)with significant difference(P<0.01)The decrease of IL-6 was(9.74±6.58)and(4.04±8.30)in the control group, respectively, with significant difference(P<0.01).3.The decrease of endothelin(ET)in experimental group and control group was(55.18±15.77),(47.73±12.71)with statistical significance(P<0.05).The decrease of no in experimental group and control group was(-24.51±10.89)and(-10.00±10.25)with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine:the difference between the experimental group and the control group was(13.36±4.42)and(9.03±4.38)the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).5.Mental health status:SCL90 scale:the difference between the experimental group and the control group in the total score of SCL90 scale:(21.27±20.53),(8.94±17.24)there was statistical significance in the decrease of the two groups(P<0.05).5.During the treatment period, there was no obvious abnormality and aggravation in the vital signs, blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety indexes of the two groups;there was no obvious adverse reaction in the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:1.The antihypertensive effect of the combination of music and conventional antihypertensive drugs is similar to that of the conventional antihypertensive drugs. The decrease of systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.2.The combination of music and traditional antihypertensive drugs can reduce the inflammatory indexes of TNF-? and IL-6 in patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang, but the decrease of hsCRP is the same.3.The combination of music and traditional antihypertensive drugs can reduce the ET level and improve the NO level in patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang, suggesting that it can better protect the vascular endothelial function in patients with hyperactivity of liver yang.4.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and SCL-90 score of patients with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity type can be improved by combination of music and traditional antihypertensive drugs, which shows that it can significantly improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, improve the quality of life and mental health of patients.
