Construction Of Pathogenesis-Syndrome-Therapy System About Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang In Hypertension And Systematic Review Of Clinical Evidence

Objective:To construct Pathogenesis-Syndrome-Therapy system based on the originof the Hyperactivity of Liver Yang and assess the efficacy and safety of calming the Liverand suppressing the Hyperactive Yang therapy on the Hyperactivity of Liver Yang inhypertension.The Hyperactivity of Liver Yang is the most common syndrome inhypertension.Methods:1.To use the method of Chinese literature to collate important medicalbooks.The origin of the Hyperactivity of Liver Yang have four times,including the qingdynasty before,the qing dynasty,the republic of China before and modern time.The doctorsfrom ancient to now study its pathogenesis,syndrome and therapy.With the development ofhistory,Pathogenesis-Syndrome-Therapy system has been generated.2.Through electronicand manual retrieval ways,comprehensively retrieving the literatures of random controlledtrials published in the domestic biological medical journals in the20years,choosing RCTabout calming the Liver and suppressing the Hyperactive Yang therapy or the westernbasic therapy combined with calming the Liver and suppressing the HyperactiveYang,between the pure western basic therapy,using multiple Review Manager softwareresearch results of the overall effect of Meta analysis,sensitivity analysis,and publicationbias analysis.3.To explore the Hyperactivity of Liver Yang in hypertension medicalrecords,reflect its wide application in clinic.Results:1. We explore the evolution of history of hypertension liver yang theory,andsuccessfully construct Pathogenesis-Syndrome-Therapy system.2.Meta analysis ofcombined effects of antihypertensive efficacy evaluation of the amount RR (Random),and 95%CI:2.27ï¼»1.60,3.23ï¼½;Clinical evaluation of symptoms combined effect size RR(Random), and95%CI:3.16ï¼»1.72,5.76ï¼½; into literature,the safety evaluation of combinedeffect size RR (95%CI) was0.32ï¼»0.14,0.72ï¼½.Conclusions:The origin of the Hyperactivity of Liver Yang is clarified andPathogenesis-Syndrome-Therapy system is constructed.The efficacy and safety of calmingthe Liver and suppressing the Hyperactive Yang therapy on the Hyperactivity of LiverYang in Hypertension is systematic reviewed,which is higher.The study of theHyperactivity of Liver Yang provides the therapy and practical evidence.
