Clinical Observation Of Negative Electric Field Therapy Instrument In The Treatment Of Refractory Hypertension(Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang)

Objective : Combining modern physical electrostatic therapy with traditional acupuncture stimulation as the starting point.This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of a negative electric field therapy instrument in the treatment of refractory hypertension(hyperactivity of liver Yang),in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a negative electric field therapy instrument in the treatment of refractory hypertension,and to Preliminary explore the mechanism of effect of negative potential therapy instrument on blood pressure and its development prospect.To open up a new situation for the treatment of refractory hypertension Methods:According to the inclusion criteria of the study,we selected 60 inpatient patients who were clearly diagnosed as refractory hypertension(hyperactivity of liver Yang)and whose blood pressure control has not yet reached the standard in the cardiovascular department of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2017 to February 2018.We randomly divide 60 patients into a control group(n = 30)and a treatment group(n = 30).On the basis of reasonable life intervention,The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(nifedipine controlled release tablets 30 mg po qd + valsartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets 92.5mg po qd + fumaric acid bisoprolol tablets 2.5mg po qd).The treatment group combined negative electric field therapy instruments(Once a day,one 60 minutes)with the same western medicine in the control group.The clinical observation period was set for 2 weeks.Two groups of efficacy and safety related indexes(Symptoms,signs,related laboratory tests,and adverse reactions in the course of treatmen)were collected during the observation period,And the SPSS21.0 software was used to make a statistical analysis,so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the negative electric field therapy instrument in the treatment of refractory hypertension.Results:Evaluation of efficacy: First,The control group and the treatment group had a certain effect in reducing 24-hour mean blood pressure,24 hours maximum systolic blood pressure,blood pressure morning peak level,average heart rate,and improving clinical symptoms.Self comparison has statistical significance(P <0.05).Second,The treatment group was superior to the control group in lowering blood pressure,total efficiency and improvement of symptoms.The comparison between groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Evaluation of safety: two groups of safety detection related indexes was no obvious abnormality during the whole observation period and No serious adverse reactions associated with drugs and negative electric field therapy instruments.The safety rating is Level 1.Conclusion:Western medicine combined with negative electric field therapeutic instrument can not only effectively control the blood pressure of patients with refractory hypertension,but also significantly improve the clinical symptoms.The negative electric field therapy instrument was noninvasive and had no serious side effects.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the control of blood pressure.It has a good safety.the instrument is easy to operate,and the patient has a high acceptance.It opens a new situation for the treatment of refractory hypertension,there is further research and the value of clinical promotion.
