Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acne Vulgar Is Treated With Injecting Acupoint With Self-blood And Acupuncture

Acne is a common chronic inflammatory disease usually occurring during the period of adolescence, young people, prone to13-25, also known as pimple. It happens on face, chest, back, Sebaceous Gland rich parts, local itching, pain, course long and slow, serious come and go, to the mental suffering and bring pressure on, low self-esteem, anxiety and even symptoms of mental illnesses such as depression, interpersonal relationships and employment problems affecting patients. In some patients due to improper condition or treatment, in particular, suffers from pustules, nodules, abscesses, cystic acne without timely treatment, sunken or hypertrophic scar left, commonly known as "orange peel face", affecting the appearance of skin. With the development of society, acne is from a simple bio-medical model to social-psychological medical paradigm shifts, have come to the attention of more and more people, increasing the treatment needs.Objective:verify the clinical curative effect of acupoint-injection combined with acupuncture for treatment of acne. Through the changes in Acne scale before and after treatment, exploration of the mechanism of autohemo-injection combined with acupuncture for acne, we can evaluate its efficacy and safety and provide a new way for acne treatment.Method:Choose from the first affiliated hospital of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture clinic in60cases in accordance with the guiding principles for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine acne (traditional Chinese medicine science and technology press,2002, section I of the14th chapter) of type i-iii level in patients with acne, cases were randomly assigned to the treatment group and control groups of1, against the2groups, each including20patients. Treatment group for autohemo-injection combined with acupuncture:acupuncture and autohemo-injection, control1group to a normal acupuncture against2groups of auto-hemo-injection therapy. Treatment regimens for treatment are conducted2times a week, and1course of treatment incuding10times altogether, to keep going and continued for two treatments. Examime the group members’facial skin lesions’ improvement after the treatment and rate them according to their severity, we can establish a database based on SPSS16.0statistical analysis.Results:After treatment, overall clinical efficacy in patients with three groups, group total effective rate of92.9%per cent, against the total effective rate1group74.1%against group2total effective rate of86.2%per cent. The rank sum test, P=0.0067, statistically significant differences (P<0.05), which most pronounced treatment effect.22comparisons between three groups of rank sum test, the treatment group compared with the control1group has great statics significance (P<0.01), and so is the treatment group compared with the control2group (P<0.05), control1and control2statistically significant group differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:autohemo-injection combined with the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for treatment of acne with precise, more quickly than a simple autohemo-injection and acupuncture in inflammation; absorption, skin recovery to accelerate, to relieve symptoms, shorten the attack time, reduce relapse rates. Advantages in this study is simple, secure, stable economy, effect, in line with the concept of today’s society quickly and easily, easy to be accepted by patients, and great promotional value.
