| Objective:To observe the efficiacy and safety between cure group(embedding thread into point joined minocycline hydrochloride capsule)and control group(minocycline hydrochloride capsule)onⅡandⅣdegree of acne (Syndrome of heat and damp in stomach and bowels on Syndrome Differentiation).Some acne patients' blood serum was taken to test the level of IgG and to compare with the normal people.In short,we hope to explore a kind of economic,safe and suitable treatment for severe acne.Methods:All of the 60 patients of acne were selected from the special course of study acne clinic service of NO.1 Hospital of Wuhan.They consistented with the diagnostic criteria of acne and were gradedⅡtoⅣaccording to Pillibury classification.The syndrome differentiation was syndrome of heat and damp in stomach and bowels,and the skin rashes were manifested red zits,nubbles,sacs,accompanied by yellow urine dried defecating, wingy paunch,halitosis,red tongue and yellow and thick tongue fur,and slide pulse.The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:cure group 30 and control group 30.The difference of sex,age,course of disease,and companying syndrome between the two groups is not statistical contrast(P＞0.05)Each group used the same partly treatment:0.025%tretinoin cream (trade name:Diwei cream),Qn;1%clindamycin gel(trade name:Dalin gel),once daily.Control group were dosed with minocycline hydrochloride capsule,100mg,Qn;crue group were added to embed thread into point(hegu point,quchi point,zusanli point,shangjuxu point,dachangshu point, weishu ponit),alternately using,once a week,summing to 5 times,besides the same treatment with group B.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.We had compared the decline in the number of skin rashes,curative exponent about skin rashes,and the incidence of side effects of treatment after treated 2,4,6,weeks,and acquired evaluation of efficacy and safety.Before treatment,45 patinets were let blood to test the level of IgG at morning,and the results were compqred with 40 normal person.Results:1.After treated 2,4,6weeks the effective power of A,B group was 13.33%,60%,80.00%and 3.33%,30%,66.67%.We can easily suppose that the efficiency of the treatment group is higher than the control group.And after the forth weeks,the difference of efficiency between the two groups is statistical contrast(P＜0.05).2.The clinical symptoms of adverse reactions to the minocycline hydrochloride capsule were swirl,stomachache and so on.It had 3 side-effect occurrence in crue group,the side-effect rate is 10.00%. However,it occured 6 slight swiel,2 mild stomachache,the side-effect rate is 26.67%.The group A' s side-effect rate is lower the group B' s,but the difference is not statistically significant(P＞0.05).3.Before treatment,10 person had the syndrome of astriction,and 5 person had the syndrome of abdominal distention in crue group;8 person had the syndrome of astriction,and 6 person had the syndrome of abdominal distention in contrast group.However,by treating 7 person hadn't he syndrome of astriction,and 5 person hadn't the syndrome of abdominal distention in crue group;only 1 person hadn't he syndrome of astriction,and only 1 person hadn't the syndrome of abdominal distention in contrast group.The difference between two groups is statistically significant(P＜0.05).4.After 2 month of the stopping treatment,recall the crued patients of two groups.As a result,there had only 1 recrudescence in crue group,but had 3 recrudescence in contrast group.The rate of recrudescence in crue group was lower than in contrast group,but the difference between two groups is ont statistically significant(P＞0.05).5.45 ache patients and 40 normal person had been let blood to test the level of IgG.Consquently,the level of IgG in ache patients was higher than normal person's.The difference is statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The minocycline hydrochloride capsule is a long and high effective fat-soluble antibiotic for severe ache.It has the strongest ability to kill bacterium,but its toxicity is high and the ill is easy to replay after stopping to use the drug.So it has become an obstacle on the path of cruing acne.Embedding thread into point,however,is a new acupuncture method that sheep bowel is embedded into acupuncture point. Hegu point,quchi point,zusanli point,shangjuxu point,dachangshu point, and weishu point have the effect of cleaning hot and wet to crue acne. After 2 weeks of treatment,The efficiency of the group A was significantly higher than group B,and The difference in the forth week is statistically significant(P＜0.05).At the same time,the aside-effect rate of group A is lower than group B's,but the difference is not statistically significant(P＞0.05).It maybe explain that embedding thread into point joined minocycline hydrochloride capsule onⅡandⅣdegree of ache(Syndrome of heat and damp in stomach and bowels on Syndrome Differentiation)have a joint action.Therefore,They can greatly reduce the incidence of the side effects and shorten the course of treatment.In the years to come,they bring a bright prospect of green new drugs for acne. |
