Objective:To observe the blood injection, acupuncture and Western medicine treatment of three common treatments for acne vulgaris efficacy follow-up difference in relapse rate, in order to provide new treatment options for the treatment of acne vulgaris. to maximize the quality of life of patients, acne vulgaris and study the mechanism of blood from the acupoint injection therapy to provide new ideasMethods:90patients were randomly divided into three groups, namely, from the blood group of ordinary acupuncture group and western medicine group. Since blood group once every three days, the acupuncture group1day,1week5, the drug group roxithromycin150mg oral twice daily; for more than three groups are one month of treatment, after treatment ends statistical effect (less than one month of treatment that cured those who, in order to observe the end of the count, the statistical effect) after the end of treatment3months follow-up observation. After1month of treatment, three months, observed and recorded the basic situation and relevant indicators to detect, analyze data, analyzed by spass19.0system software.Results:Three groups of patients of sex, age, duration and severity of acne was no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable. And western medicine group and the acupuncture group compared with blood from the onset point injection therapy fastest time, with statistical significance (P<0.05); since blood acupoint injection therapy dose-effect relationship between the presence of acne, with the increase in the number of treatment efficacy gradually accumulate; and western medicine group and acupuncture group compared with the secretion from the reduction in quality of life in patients with acne skin oils, the degree of improvement in patients with lesions of acne, reduce the number of occurrence of acne, symptom scores and improve blood acupoint injection therapy terms were statistically significant (P<0.05); since blood acupoint injection therapy can reduce the relapse rate in patients with acne, with better long-term outcome, and no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Autohemotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients with acne, and can greatly reduce the relapse rate in patients with acne.
